Return and Refund policy

At The Charm Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO RETURN OR REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Custom/personalized items
    • Personal care products (beauty, hygiene, etc.)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Sale items or gift cards

2. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at charmcartmails@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

  • Returns must be sent to our supplier’s warehouse, NOT our personal address. We will provide the correct return address once your request is approved.

Note: Items sent back without a return request approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at charmcartmails@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will offer either a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, your order is processed, and cancellations are not possible.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us at 
    charmcartmails@gmail.com.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For EU customers, you have the right to return an order within 14 days of delivery, regardless of the reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
